Our Return Policy

You may return most items sold by Creative Concepts Systems and the International Association for Women of Color Day within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, or cassette tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  

Returning a gift? If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Books purchased from creativeconsys.com and/or womenofcolorday.com are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment to the site from which purchased. Please note that books purchased at 1stbooks.com or retail booksellers, on or off-line, can be returned only to the seller and not to creativeconsys.com and/or womenofcolorday.com.
Creativeconsys.com or womenofcolorday.com cannot accept returns of items purchased from other merchants. Items that are picked up at a store or shipped directly by the merchant must be returned to the merchant according to their return guidelines.
